This policy explains what information the Android game Summer Crush (the "Game") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The Game is published by Summer Crush Team ("we", "us").

Information we do not collect

The Game has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the Game.

Information collected by third-party services

The Game is free and supported by ads. We use the following third-party services, which may automatically collect information from your device:

• Google AdMob (advertising) — Android Advertising ID, device and app information, IP address and approximate location derived from it, ad interactions, and diagnostic data. Used to show ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud. How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
• Adjust (install attribution and ad revenue measurement) — Android Advertising ID, device and app information, IP address, and install and ad revenue events. Used to understand which marketing brought you to the Game. Adjust privacy policy.

The Game also downloads picture and video content from our content server. Like any web server, it may log your IP address and request time for security and troubleshooting; these logs are not used to identify you.

Your choices

• You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).
• If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.
• To stop all collection, uninstall the Game.

Data sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information. The information described above is shared only with the third-party services listed, for the purposes listed.

Age requirement

The Game is intended for adults aged 18 and over and asks your age on first launch. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Game, contact us and we will help remove any related data.

Data retention and deletion

We do not keep any personal data on our own servers apart from short-lived server logs. Third-party services keep data according to their own policies. To request deletion of data associated with your device, contact us with your device's advertising ID, and we will forward the request to our partners.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
